We come back again to offer a long series of exciting events that look exciting. The third season begins with Ryan, who is still trying to stage psychotherapy to better understand a previous shock. Wilfred interrupts Christmas and Ryan is buried against his family. On the other hand, Ryan, Wilfried and a loyal old friend struggle to overcome each other.

I thought the hour was a great return for Wilfred, which remains one of the best comedies on television.

Wilfred... is kind of wondering if he might not just be mentally ill. Three seasons and we're still on that question?... Maybe we can, after all, just live with not knowing - at least for as long as the man in the shaggy dog suit makes us laugh.

It only took a few seconds to feel like we're still in good hands because the opening shot of the Season 3 premiere immediately showed the series was still committed to delivering the most interesting cinematography of any television comedy.

I wanted to see if Wilfred under the new bosses would be the same as Wilfred under the old bosses, and Uncertainty was reassuring: dark and weird and mysterious, but also full of big laughs.

As Wilfred said at the top of the episode, "The answers will come in good time. For now, you're just going to have to live with a little uncertainty," and that's fair enough for me.

Elijah Wood and Jason Gann have found that buddy comedy sweet spot, and three seasons in it's easy to get lost in just watching them palling around as they get high in the basement or embark on an insane adventure.
