Wilfred (US) - Season 1
When Wilfred learns that Ryan is responsible for the death of his beloved dog, he goes to other lengths to help Ryan learn the truth. Ryan's displeasure with his decentralized mother is compounded when Wilfred begins treating her like his mother, who has never seen him before. Wilfrid is usually used as an unhealthy Ryan to isolate it as a way to get rid of the living lesion.

Wilfred often feels as though it's merely trying to provide cheap shocks and occasional laughs, rather than anything more substantial.

Gann can be irresistibly gross at times while Wood is good at being hapless. Together they sometimes make quite a comedy team. Almost as good as Turner & Hooch.

Wilfred is intensely vulgar, and only guys around the age of 28 whose ears, and sensibilities, are covered with scar tissue will find nothing offensive. Otherwise, it's very funny.

It's a bizarre show that isn't without interest, charm or humor, but which in the end may be a little too much trouble to follow.
