NYPD Blue - Season 9
The series completes its ninth season, with Medavoy and Jones looking at the DOA found in a fire. On the other hand, Sibovich, McDowell and Clark Gibson are trying to meet at the site of stabbing a woman victim of a murderer. When the husband of the victim, Phil Carlson, returns to the house, he feels things are going at a bad turn because of the investigators who harass him and make him a major suspect.

The season seems promising, if not fresh. NYPD Blue long ago lost the right to that adjective, but a renewed national interest in and respect for cops could give this series an unexpected boost.
