In an action and drama atmosphere in which the world will be divided into two sides : Offshore, the good side, and Orland, the bad side. With the destruction and injustice people have in Inland, they a chance to move to live in Offshore by the restricted system called, the process, but according to the restricted rules of this system, only 3 percent of the people who aim for progress have a chance to succeed.
