The Rain - Season 1
The first season of the drama 'The Rain' which revolves around a virus that killed most of humanity. After six years of terrible virus carried by the rain wiped almost all humans in the Scandinavian countries. After their release from their collective past and social norms. In their struggle for survival, they discover that even in a post-apocalyptic world there is still love, jealousy, aging, and many problems that they thought they had left with the disappearance of the world they knew.

From what we've seen so far, The Rain is so much more than 'The Walking Dead with teens' - it's a satisfyingly full-blooded and handsomely filmic series that justifies the hype.

The overall story, which sometimes feels like a cross between Contagion and The Walking Dead, isn't particularly original... But this doesn't stop The Rain from being entertaining.

The Rain never gets to the point where you're pulling for the water droplets, but this is one barren wasteland that makes it difficult to care about anything other than surviving it.
