In order to manage to catch up the dangerous criminals, who don't leave any evidence behind them, the owner of FBI agency, Burke, who decides to benefit from a thief and a criminal, Neal, as he manipulates him, to help him arrest other criminals, in order to set him free, the thing that leads Neal to accept Burke's offer, so he does things easily, as his awareness of the criminal works, minds, and methods.

White Collar may not be reinventing television as we know it, but it's gotten better at delivering on its strengths - light character drama and caper-ish crime proceedings.

What White Collar did best, though, was to reestablish the easygoing rhythms and longish, thoughtful-ish colloquies between Bomer's Neal Caffrey and DeKay's Peter Burke.

The leads are fun, and if they can get guest stars the caliber of Matheson every week, I can learn to ignore the arc stuff the same way I do for most USA shows.

Though it would be nice if the storyline itself were less contrived, the characters make up for any other shortcomings White Collar has.

The bro-mance between the art thief and his by-the-book FBI handler is still the best reason to watch this show.
