Totally different than anything that came before it, Disney's Ultimate Spider-Man is like a cross between Family Guy, Deadpool, and the movies of the MCU.

Disney XD has done a great job of making the viewer feel like he or she gets to watch the entire Marvel Universe.

There's potential for a great Spider-Man cartoon in this show, but the creators seem content with "fine" rather than "excellent."

There's a lot to like about the show though, and the third season gave fans an awesome storyline involving Donald Glover taking on the role of Miles Morales.
