A new season begins with much more challenges and excitement that follows the daily activity and struggle of Dale Cooper, a young intelligent FBI agent, who investigates on the murder of a young girl, the thing that challenges him, as he reveals more horrible secrets. This season begins with a similar murder that reopens the old case of Palmer.

The final shot of the town empty and silent as we finally see the entrance to the Black Lodge is a great capper to a pretty good episode that sets thing up for a spectacular finale.

For all the missteps and misjudgments made by the Twin Peaks creative team in Season 2, it understood what it had in the soulful, eloquent Maj. Briggs (and in Don S. Davis, the actor who played him).
