The second season begins with Jack returning to the city just two months after the previous season. At that moment, Abe Tru decides to move to the city under these conditions, and Harrison takes on a new job for just six weeks. Shortly after, Harbor Officer Patrol died while rescuing some students and asking for help in those critical moments. Tru must compete against Jack to take over.
