It seems that the 14th season has come back strongly through this great series of adventures. Events begin with the Simpsons family taking a vacation on a distant island where Dr. Hebert can turn people into animals. The Simpsons are involved in a real-life TV show, where they can live in the same way that families lived in the 19th century. On the other hand, Homer reproduces himself with a magic wand in a strange way.

As far as the overall quality of the season, it isn't as consistently good as some earlier seasons but in the evolution of the show and the characters, it's solid.
