Season 4 begins with the bill of high facilities which are very poor and threaten the annual Hector and Rosea trip. Rooney Ann is trying to lead her efforts at that time to reduce usage. There are desperate wishes for both Ronnie Ann and Sid because they have found a hidden room and are trying to prevent it from the tenants trying to take it.
