The fifth season is complemented by new action events, as Kaskara decided to accept Pulitzer for her writing. Now, Kara makes a decision about sharing her secret identity with Lena during that time. There seems to be a new path and a former Phantom enemy trying to fight John, although there are great attempts to repel it.

Finally an episode which moves with confidence, exudes swagger and pulls together various threads across numerous time periods without dropping the ball. There are logical choices, revelations and back story aplenty.

None of it's bad, exactly, it's just hard to invest in deep emotions of fear, love, betrayal, loyalty, and manipulation when the episode keeps bouncing from one thing to the next.
