I'm so damn tired of writing this, but Cartman and Kyle isn't South Park's version of Batman and the Joker, destined to do this forever. Their rivalry ran its course 10 years ago and is perhaps my least favorite part of the show.

The best hope for "Mexican Joker" is that when all is said and done, it will look better in the context of a fully-realized story.

"Shots!!!" isn't really the epic anniversary celebration South Park deserved... While this episode's vaccine rodeo antics offered plenty of laughs, the Tegridy Farms storyline is rapidly losing steam.

It works quite well as an editorial; the problem is that it isn't particularly funny.
