The season is rock solid but perhaps should have been a true five parter... As it stands, season 3 of She-Ra is still a great watch if you're a fan.

In Season 3, we're no longer limited to Etheria, as details emerge about Hordak's backstory and his ultimate plan. It's a great move on the part of the creative team... The stakes needed to keep rising in Season 3, and the writers have done just that.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power manages to encapsulate everything that works about the show in its six episodes. Friendship, magic, and an undeniable core to this show that allows it to be extremely goofy and deadly serious in a 20 minute show.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power has done a masterful job of updating the campy '80s villains to be some of the most compelling characters of the show.
