The film is about a serious car accident that was exposed to the head of surgery, Charlie Harris, of the Hop-Xion Hospital in Toronto, which put him in a serious coma. In the end, this man discovers that he is able to roam the hospital in the form of a strange spirit. Through these events, it seems that this man is not sure whether he is a real ghost or something else, where Rade works, with her fellow doctors to save things.
