There are more events, comedy and horrifying that we live through the third season, which begins with the investigation into the FBI, and perhaps things will go wrong. Now, it seems that Eric and my father will turn things over because of that investigation. On the other hand, Sheila offers Jane a diet that may look different than usual, and Joel tries to fool Ron with a different plan, and Abe seems to decide to hit the town with a new friend.

This year's season is the most satisfying of the lot and has the most story to work through. The performances in the series are all still amazing and these are characters that you just want to hang out with.

The Third reason is less ingenious but runs faster. I enjoyed it and existing fans should get a blast from it but it doesn't do anything to bring newcomers or second-chancers [ full review in Spanish]

It's encouraging to see Fresco introducing more characters of colour into Santa Clarita's world. And yes, the show's still funny as hell.
