I'm not so defensive that I can't enjoy a few wicked jabs at my more photogenic peers, but if you're going to conduct a smear job, do it with wit. This series comes woefully short of understanding the media - or satire, for that matter.

The show is stacked with an attractive cast whose sole purpose is to hand-feed motivations to Julia and Jake, who go through the motions of having an undeniable chemistry without any evidence to back it up.
