Second Chance - Season 1
A disgraced, 75-year-old ex-sheriff, whose life ends at the hands of corrupt cops, is brought back to life – by a pair of young tech scientists who are founders of a social networking empire – and given a second chance as a 35-year-old (Rob Kazinsky, “True Blood”) with unpredictable near-superhuman abilities

Imbued with the kind of high tech razzle-dazzle networks prefer, I was surprised how entertained I was by its premiere. I'd watch another episode.
January 14, 2016
The Frankenstein riff Second Chance is one of those distinctively Fox-network science-fiction shows that has a brain and an eccentric spirit but mostly keeps it hidden beneath conventional elements.
January 12, 2016
Kazinsky gives this some spark. Otherwise, it can feel like a '70s cop show brought back from - you guessed it! - the dead.
January 13, 2016
Second Chance, a new Fox drama that puts a clumsily updated spin on the timeless Frankenstein saga, with a storyline and character roster that are unlikely to prompt anyone, anywhere, to shout, "It's ALIVE!"
January 11, 2016
It's shocking that a show with this much talent involved in 2016 could be this ineffective, this inept and this awful.
January 14, 2016
In the era of Peak TV (to use a handy if largely meaningless phrase), a series needs something more than an attractive, charming lead to stand out from the pack - even if that lead is as attractive and charismatic as Kazinsky.
January 13, 2016
A stone-cold corpse of a drama that's sorely missing the lightning (and even middling execution) it needs to come to life.
