Humans become more vulnerable to werewolf attacks as any given night goes along, because they get drunker, sleepier or just generally less attentive. The series tell the stories of Neon Joe, a freelance werewolf hunter with a mysterious past, who come to save the comically quaint town of Garrity, Vermont.
