The team must determine who stole the tactical stunt and what their goal is. Also, retired Rear Admiral Hulas Kilbride temporarily supervises the team searching for the stalemate.

Much of what most viewers didn't like about NCIS: Los Angeles Season 9 seemed well on its way to being undone on NCIS: Los Angeles Season 10 Episode 1. And that's fine with me.
