The 4th season continues in the same, quite entertaining path of the previous ones, and all that remains to see is if the creators will widen the universe with additional characters or if they will start "restraining" it in order to be more coherent.

If you were looking forward to an explosive dive into the action, then you might be disappointed -- especially if you didn't need a recap on our main cast. But My Hero Academia does things carefully.
