In the third season, Erie Phantom protects survivors of one of America's deadly hurricanes. Meanwhile, New Jersey hunters face a real flaw and perhaps strange things are already happening. Elsewhere, the people of Southern Illinois face a different path as they try to arm themselves against a predator called the dreaded satanic cat, which is changing the lives of many in that region into a certain horror.
