The return of Monk is always one of the highlights of summer, and this season's opener... is particularly entertaining thanks to a good guest-star turn by Sarah Silverman.September 10, 2018
What keeps the show going is Tony Shalhoub, whose performance as the personally flawed but professionally brilliant Adrian Monk is so endlessly amusing.September 10, 2018
Tired and stagnant... What once served to make Monk different from other shows, now makes it too similar to its own past.September 10, 2018
Shalhoub's excellent portrayal of the character allows us to appreciate the humor in Monk's personality disorder, while at the same time, also see Adrian Monk as a good man with a brilliant knack for crime investigation.September 10, 2018
The sixth season has been a pretty average one in our estimation, but the season finale changed things up.
