Season 2 presents a new series of tasks for Chef Ramsey, who is visiting Flamangos at Whitehouse, New Jersey. The chef seems to feel like a dip in time and in the rain forest. Chef Ramsey reveals that this family-run restaurant is in dire need of a thorough reform. Things seem to be very difficult with one owner stuck in the past and resistant to change as it seems almost impossible for Ramsay to make any improvements in this place.
