We return again during the fifth season, which begins with a series of surprises, as Jean enters a new Catholic sin and heads to Alba for advice and decision. Jean seems to get an unexpected answer. In the meantime, Louisa decided to see Rose and Rafael in order to help find an explanation. On the other hand, Rogelio returned to work with River, but things seemed to be wrong. Perhaps the power struggle between the two and Shou is the solution they were looking for throughout that period.
