Jackie Quinones, a sad lesbian in Provincetown, Massachusetts, lives her life ideally while facing various daily challenges in her working conditions. One day, Jackie seems to discover a body in Cape Cod Bay, and finds herself in the midst of the terrible heroin epidemic in Cape, which makes her rethink everything she does.
