The fourth season returns to complete the events of this powerful series through many powerful events, where Zoe was enthusiastic because Wade decided to stay in the Bluebell and fight to win him. Bluebell is trying to get his own fire department. Lavon and George are fighting over lemon. Brick shares the old romance. On the other hand, Zo goes to New York and is followed by a hand. After a lot of ups and downs, they are finally making progress in their relationship. Meanwhile, Lemon, Annabeth, George and Lavon remember their high school days and make decisions about their emotional life as well.

Most of the funny moments arise from the quick dialogue between the characters, and Rachel Bilson, especially, really gets to show her funny side during the four seasons of the show.

Yes [the finale] was absurd, nonsensical and cheesy, but I don't care. It was a charming way to say goodbye to a town that's never been realistic.Bluebell is what we want all small towns to be like.

The finale often felt like it was constructed out of cotton candy and rainbows, with happy endings around every corner, but it fell well within the cheerful, whimsical nature of the rest of the series.
