The third season opens its events through a wide range of powerful events that look quite different. The season opens with Deborah Brown, who and her children are seeking refuge in her brother's home in rural Lebanon, Maine, after fleeing her troubled marriage. On the other hand, when a stranger asks for help at night, neither Deborah nor her family is prepared for what happens next.
