A series of old crimes that no one can solve continues in this exciting series. Events begin when a serial rapist sends a letter to the band announcing his return to Philadelphia five years later. The team is investigating the 1998 murder of a university student believed to be one of his victims. Lilly looks at the murder of the man who led to the dissolution of a religiously engaged family, but found something suspicious about every member of the former family.
