Enoch 'Nucky' Thompson, at first he was a lawyer but then he managed to be a famous political figure by entering the alcohol trading field as it was banned during the Prohibition period of the 1920s and 1930s. He has succeeded to be closer to historical characters including mobsters, politicians, government agents, and the common folk.
