Season 2 completes various criminal cases, with a body found in the canal. Within a short time, that victim was identified as Colin Mitchell. It seems that Alex is sure that Donna's wife is not telling the team what happened in detail, and she is determined to uncover the truth. In 2008, things turned out completely when Alex had surgery to remove the bullet from her brain.
