In a comedy atmosphere, the movie follows a young boy called Terry whose grandmother used to tell him fictional stories and he likes it. But one day, he finds out that all these stories are real and there are Balloon kingdoms, dopey police dragons and happy wizards, the thing which leads him to an exciting adventure.
