Based on the thriller movie of 2007 The Mist, this series follows the horrifying events that occur in a small town where a strange phenomenon occur, the people suddenly see an eerie mist rolls everywhere. If you get into this mist, you are killed with brutal mysterious way. The people struggle to spare their lives.

So far, The Mist hasn't given viewers much to care about. It's all pretty standard plot thickeners. On the other hand, it's not badly done - atmospheric, so to speak, if unseen horrors are your thing.

Given the understandably low budget, it would have been smarter to play with the unknown enemy in the mist instead of making such a literal horror show.
