A dramatic series tells of Captain Woodrow Cole, now retired from Rangers and now a fisherman. One day, Cole was appointed by Baron Eastern Railways to track Joey Garza, a new type of murderer who is killed from a distance. After joining Cole by his old mate Pea Eye, it is located a long journey to South Texas and the Mexican side. Now, Cole will face that past embodied in Maria Garza, Joey's mother.
