The events start with a look at the food stalls in Gwanggang Market, which offers some of the favorite old dishes in South Korea. It is a variegated series of soybean crabs into knife-cut noodles and other very fine foods. On the other hand, there is a group of family-owned stalls in Chiayi which are the strongholds of culinary traditions in Taiwan.
