Vile (2011)
The frightening events continue in a story full of crime that begins with a man at the operating table. A surgeon enters and tortures him by cutting into his chest and pouring salt into his wound. The scene moves to four friends, Tyler, Tony, Kay and Nick, on a camping trip. On their way home, they stop at a gas station. But when they wake up everyone finds that he has a tool in his neck and they watch a video from a woman's projector telling them they have 22 hours to escape. In order to do this, they must harm each other by using the weapons they have provided.
