Affected by the suicide of her best friend, who after being humiliated by silly students, has been suicide, Rachel Lang, an ordinary girl with strange power, as she has the ability to move things by her mind, the thing that makes her distinct from others of her age, stays alone and depressed, the thing that leads other students to hate her and treat her badly. But, something happens that changes everything and leads many students to the brutal death.

The best thing about Carrie 2 is the way the cruelties of the cliquish schoolgirls and macho jocks are built up so you're fairly itching to see them get their eyeballs popped out and their privates harpooned.
