The Ides of March
It's that primary in Ohio, which is approaching. At that time, the press secretary of the new campaign (Ryan Gosling) finds himself involved in a big scandal that completely changes course. It is a political scandal that threatens to exclude his candidate in that new presidential election.

Despite the puddles, it all seems a little too clinical. It's Giamatti and Hoffman who turn up to chew the scene, intensely yet effortlessly, and it's only too bad the narrative relegates them to the sidebar.
