The Hitcher
The film is about the duo Jim Halsey and his girlfriend Grace Andrews who decided to have a different experience by making a trip to John Rider. In a short while, their journey of happiness turns into a nightmare when they both enter into more initial encounters with Ryder. Grace and Jim begin a real conflict as they fight bravely when they attack them, but they will fall into a real dilemma that will change course.

Despite its Playboy Playmate heroine and corny-as-hell climax, The Hitcher is still more engrossing than most of the other horror redos unleashed on the youth market of late. I'm talkin' to you, Grudge 2.

While this new Hitcher has its moments, it just doesn't make for as scary or interesting a ride as its predecessor.
