The Basement
Following Craig who is snatched and awakens in a storm cellar. His captor, Bill, is a contorted serial executioner who wishes to reenact his own catch, with Craig filling the role of Bill and Bill playing every other person. As Bill torments Craig, he goes through various personas, attempting urgently to discover a route to save himself.

[For] low-budget horror, The Basement certainly isn't the worst, but it's far from the best. It's a good time-killer with great gore and decent performances, a nice background while you play that game on your phone. Don't expect anything more.

Not an effective scare zone, best enjoyed as a chance to watch a few actors hustle to showcase their stuff, handed ample screen time to work through a range of bizarre encounters.
