Out of Time (2003)
In an attempt to prove his innocence, Matt Lee Whitlock, a young courageous and honest cop, who falls in love with the beautiful Anne, whom he finds out to be a cancer patient, so he takes money from his work to treat her, but upon her death in a fire, he doesn't find the money and finds himself accused of theft.
