In a series of strong events that speak of a strong beach party hosted by Mystery, Inc. on Blowout Beach. Maybe things might turn towards a strange turn when the stealth pirates brutally threaten the good feelings of some during that party. Now, Scooby's gang must bring the party back on track and save the day before it's too late and sabotage the concert.
