It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
This is the action film about 'Smiler' Grogan, a former convict wanted by the police. The man was on the brink of collapse because he was wanted by police for a 15-year-old tuna factory robbery and is now a fugitive. The convict fled the state highway 74 near Palm Springs, southern California, where more confrontations appear to be taking place.
