Upon meeting Gary Young, a young successful lawyer, who waits for his old friend whom he does not meet 25 years ago, Kevin Franklin, a young intelligent fast talking man, who owes about 50,000 dollars for a mob, who chases him with his tough man, manages to survive from the dangerous mob, as he impersonates Young's old friend personality.

Turns out to be an inane fish-out-of-water comedy. Along the way it turns into a virtual McDonald's commercial, too. The fact that you can hardly tell the difference is a good clue to the movie's bad-television flavor.
