The movie complements the story of Fanny Price, a popular Broadway superstar, as the headline for Ziegfeld Follies and Fanny. Fannie goes through difficult times in the early 1930s, and her marriage to Nikki Arnstein ends in divorce after a long time. Fannie faces a different diary in her life and deals with a loud nightclub owner and songwriter through their professional experiences.
