District 13: Ultimatum 2009
3-Criminal incidents continue to grow, especially after a successful mission against drug lords, where Captain Damien Tommaso was placed efficiently at home with three kilograms of heroin planted by police in his kitchen and arrested. Meanwhile, a group of teenagers filming the work of dirty agents led by Roland from the security agency who execute policemen in their car and then leave the car with bodies in the 13th district to blame the gangs and start a civil war. Friends are collaborating with five dangerous leaders to gather evidence to prove to President Ghassman that the conflict has provoked their region.

The chief motivation for watching this film is to see people bouncing off walls. That being the case, you could just as easily watch neighborhood kids on a sugar rush.
