A college student (Dave Davis) with ties to the mob witnesses a murder and gets caught in the middle of a gang war. He seeks help from a weathered police detective (James Moses Black), but both men find their lives threatened by a ruthless killer. Rankin Hickman wrote and directed this crime thriller. Billy Slaughter, Jody Mullins, and Alexander Babara co-star.
