The film tells the story of a powerful adventure by four friends to the Australian outback to see Charlie Farm. It is the site where a horrible end meets a family, where friends try to explore the property to prove the myth that some say is a myth. Meanwhile, friends appear to be meeting Charlie, who shows that some myths are still alive.

Legends never die - but despite some inventive grand guignol in the eleventh hour, the swathe that Charlie cuts through moribund slasher tropes is not nearly original enough to warrant a sequel.
