Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva la Fiesta!
Chloe whose owners Rachel and Sam are rich, is a coddled Chihuahua lives with Papi and other puppies. In the third part of these series, Rachel and Sam stay in a fancy hotel with their puppies where Rosa, Papi’s daughter, feels like she is valueless. Papi tries to put Rosa on the way and support until she retrieve her confidence.

If you liked "Beverly Hills Chihuahua," you'll like this second sequel more than the first. It felt like the filmmakers just tried harder this time around, and that's something I appreciate . . . even in furry fluff like this.

It's not high art, but the wee ones should get a charge out of Papi and Company's return to the small screen, while parents won't feel battered by relentless stupidity.
