Brian O';Conner is a good police officer lost because the criminals use too sophisticated tricks. And now he has a chance to fix his error with a second challenge. To accomplish his mission, Brian O';Conner has to join the illegal racing on the streets of Miami to find Carter Verone, a criminal who trades drug and makes money laundering. He and his best friend Roman Pearce are responsible for shipping money to Carter Verone under the name of an trader merchant in Miami. Besides Roman Pearce, Brian O';Conner also has been receieved the help of talented and attractive female secret service, Monica Clemente, as grudging lover of Carter Verone. And adventures along with the chase begin.
